• Please Phone and confirm booking, similarly if you can not keep the appointment, please call in and postpone or cancel appointment.
• Please starve the patient 12hrs before surgery of food, water can be taken away 6 hours before bringing in, on the day of the procedure.
• Please discuss with your Vet on admission to hospital if there is anything else that you may want checked.
• Please confirm cost estimates on admission to hospital.
• Please make sure all your contact details are captured on the system so that we can contact you easily.
• Day procedures are normally ready for collection by 3-4pm the same day. Please wait for the Vet to give you a telephone call after the procedure to discuss any other collection times.
